Indirect Procurement Lead

About the role

Lacoste is seeking a strategic leader to build, structure, and scale the Indirect Procurement function across the North America region (U.S. & Canada). Reporting to the Regional CFO, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, driving cost‑optimization initiatives and embedding best‑in‑class procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the regional indirect procurement strategy aligned with global standards.
• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing activities, including complex RFPs, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Develop and manage strategic supplier panels, establishing KPIs, performance reviews, and continuous‑improvement plans.
• Partner with Finance and senior business leaders to ensure alignment, accountability, and value creation.
• Establish procurement policies, controls, and compliance frameworks to meet internal and regulatory requirements.
• Drive high‑impact cost‑optimization projects across key spend categories.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing within a global, multi‑site organization.
• Demonstrated ability to create and embed procurement structures, tools, and governance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leadership.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities to translate data‑driven insights into actionable decisions.
