Indirect Channel Manager – Assembly Technology

About the role

As an Indirect Channel Manager for Assembly Technology, you will lead the development and expansion of our partner network, driving revenue growth and market penetration for Bosch Rexroth. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partner activities align with the company’s strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage new channel partners such as distributors, resellers, and strategic alliances.
• Ensure partners comply with company policies, pricing structures, and brand guidelines.
• Monitor partner performance, analyze sales metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize their performance.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to support partner initiatives.
