Independent Sales Representative – Storm Restoration (No Experience Required)

About the role

Premier Roofing is a national storm‑restoration company that helps homeowners navigate insurance claims and restore damaged roofs, siding, and gutters. As an independent sales representative you will work directly in the field, meeting homeowners after storms, assessing damage, and guiding them through the restoration process.

Key responsibilities

• Canvass storm‑affected neighborhoods to locate damage and introduce Premier Roofing’s services.
• Meet homeowners, inspect damage, and build trust to secure a follow‑up conversation.
• Educate homeowners on repair options and support them through the insurance claim process.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with the production team from start to project completion.
• Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill‑development sessions.

Required profile

• Coachable and eager to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable meeting homeowners in person and handling rejection.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends during storm season.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of roofing, siding, and gutter systems (learned through training).
• Knowledge of insurance claim processes (provided in training).

What we offer

• Commission‑based earnings with a realistic first‑year range of $80K–$110K.
