About the role

Premier Roofing is a national storm‑restoration company that repairs roofs, siding, and gutters after severe weather events. As a field Sales Representative you will meet homeowners in storm‑affected neighborhoods, assess damage, and guide them through the insurance claim and restoration process. This is a commission‑based, 1099 independent contractor position with flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Canvass storm‑damaged neighborhoods to identify potential projects.
• Meet homeowners, inspect damage, and build trust to secure follow‑up conversations.
• Educate homeowners on repair options and assist them throughout the insurance process.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with the production team until project completion.
• Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill‑development sessions.

Required profile

• Coachable and eager to learn; no prior roofing or sales experience required.
• Strong communication skills, resilience to rejection, and persistence.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during storm season.
