About the role

Premier Roofing is a national storm‑restoration company that helps homeowners navigate insurance claims and restore damaged roofs, siding, and gutters. As an independent sales representative you will work directly in the field, meeting homeowners in storm‑affected neighborhoods and guiding them through the restoration process.

Key responsibilities

• Canvass storm‑impacted areas to identify property damage and introduce Premier’s services.
• Meet with homeowners, inspect damage, and build trust to secure follow‑up conversations.
• Educate homeowners on repair options and assist them throughout the insurance claim process.
• Schedule inspections, coordinate with the production team, and follow projects through completion.
• Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill‑development sessions.

Required profile

• Coachable and eager to learn sales fundamentals, roofing basics, and insurance procedures.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during storm season.
