Independent Sales Rep – 1099 (Storm Restoration)

About the role

Premier Roofing is a national storm‑restoration company that helps homeowners navigate insurance claims and restore damaged roofs, siding, and gutters. As an Independent Sales Representative you will work directly in storm‑affected neighborhoods, meeting homeowners, assessing damage, and guiding them through the restoration process.

Key responsibilities

• Canvass storm‑impacted areas to identify potential projects and introduce Premier’s services.
• Meet with homeowners, inspect damage, and build trust to secure a follow‑up conversation.
• Educate homeowners on repair options and support them through the insurance claim process.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with the production team from start to project completion.
• Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill‑development sessions.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Self‑motivated, accountable, and able to work full‑time hours during storm season.
• Comfortable working in the field, evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with homeowners.

• Commission‑based earnings with realistic range $80,000–$110,000 per year.
