Independent Sales Rep (1099) – Storm Restoration – $80K‑$110K+

About the role

Premier Roofing is a national storm‑restoration company that repairs roofs, siding and gutters after severe weather. As an Independent Sales Representative you will work directly in affected neighborhoods, meet homeowners, assess damage and guide them through the insurance claim and restoration process.

Key responsibilities

• Canvas storm‑damaged neighborhoods to identify properties that need repair.
• Meet homeowners, inspect damage and build trust to secure a follow‑up conversation.
• Explain repair options and assist homeowners with the insurance claim process.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with the production team through project completion.
• Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill‑development sessions.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work full‑time during storm season and flexible evenings or weekends as needed.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable with a commission‑only compensation structure.
