In-House Recruiter – Minneapolis (On-site)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic In‑House Recruiter to join our Minneapolis team on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will manage the complete talent acquisition cycle for a variety of industrial and warehouse positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high‑quality hires.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full‑life‑cycle recruiting for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Source, attract and screen both passive and active candidates using job boards and the Bullhorn applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair, consistent assessment processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse environment.
• Experience working for a staffing agency or on‑site with an industrial client is strongly preferred.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
