In-House Graphic Designer – Packaging Design

About the role

Almar Sales Company is looking for a creative In‑House Graphic Designer focused on packaging design. You will work on fashion‑forward accessories for women and children, shaping visual identity across a wide range of product categories.

Key responsibilities

• Design packaging, branding, and artwork for women’s and kids’ accessories.
• Create graphics for beauty, hair, dress‑up, seasonal, cosmetics, party‑favor, skincare and lifestyle collections.
• Develop trend‑forward packaging concepts and retail presentations.
• Produce marketing materials such as catalogs, presentations, signage, social‑media graphics, and sales support assets.
• Generate photoreal mockups and prepare production‑ready files for overseas vendors.
• Collaborate with merchandising, product development, and sales teams.
• Research fashion, beauty, toy and social trends to inspire new directions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all product categories and customer programs.

Required profile

• 2+ years of graphic design experience (preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, branding, print and digital work.
• Experience in fashion, beauty, accessories, toys or consumer products (preferred).
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini.
• Strong typography, layout and colour sensibility.
