In-Home Sales Representative – Home Renovation

About the role

As an In-Home Sales Representative for Mad City Windows & Baths, you will meet homeowners in their residences to showcase a full line of windows, doors, and bathroom products. The role focuses on delivering personalized presentations, accurate estimates, and exceptional service to drive sales and repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Attend 2‑3 pre‑qualified appointments per day at customers’ homes.
• Present product options, demonstrate features, and provide detailed written estimates.
• Answer customer questions, address concerns, and guide them through the decision‑making process.
• Maintain accurate documentation of each visit and follow‑up activities in the company CRM.
• Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Availability to work evening appointments and Saturdays (no Saturday evenings).
• Prior experience in in‑home, outside, or B2C sales preferred.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to meet performance goals.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and attend a one‑time training session in Madison, WI.

Required skills

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Basic proficiency with estimating tools and CRM software.
