In-Home Sales Representative – High Earning Potential

About the role

Join a leading home‑improvement brand as an In‑Home Sales Representative, meeting homeowners at their residences to showcase premium windows and bath solutions. You’ll work with pre‑qualified leads, delivering personalized presentations and estimates that help families transform their living spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Attend 2‑3 pre‑set, pre‑qualified appointments per day at customers’ homes.
• Present product options, demonstrate features, and provide accurate cost estimates.
• Prepare detailed documentation and follow‑up paperwork for each sale.
• Maintain a high level of customer service to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales team and attend a one‑time training session in Madison, WI.

Required profile

• Willingness to work evening and Saturday appointments (no Saturday evenings).
• Prior experience in In‑Home, Outside, or B2C sales preferred.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory and attend mandatory training.
