Implementation Trainer (Remote)

About the role

The Implementation Trainer will deliver role‑based, workflow‑driven training to support client implementations and system adoption within Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. Working remotely, you will partner with implementation, training, and operational teams to ensure clients use Meduit’s tools and processes effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Provide structured, role‑specific training on Benchmark workflows, systems, and best practices during client roll‑outs.
• Facilitate virtual instructor‑led sessions, workshops, and knowledge‑transfer meetings for internal and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with training leadership to develop and maintain curriculum aligned with operational workflows.
• Validate training environments and support system readiness activities.
• Analyze assessment results and user feedback to continuously improve training materials.
• Deliver targeted follow‑up coaching, remediation, and post‑go‑live support.
• Maintain training documentation, job aids, and process guides.
• Administer the learning management system (LMS), including course creation and tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management, preferably in insurance, self‑pay, or collections.
• Proven record of delivering virtual instructor‑led training.
• Strong communication and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to analyze performance data and adjust training strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
