Identity Intelligence Analyst (Mid-Level, Deployable)

About the role

Amentum is recruiting a mid-level Identity Intelligence Analyst who produces all-source identity intelligence (I2) analysis and intelligence products for global missions and customers. The work supports decision-makers from ground force commanders to international partners and national security policymakers. The schedule is 5 days per week, 8 hours per day stateside, and 7 days per week, 12 hours per day when deployed.

Key responsibilities

• Produce all-source I2 analysis and intelligence products focused on identifying and tracking persons and networks.
• Analyze biographical, biological, behavioral, contextual and reputational information, including fingerprints, DNA, iris scans, voiceprints, facial recognition features and behavior.
• Fuse identity attributes with intelligence to assess threats, capabilities, centers of gravity, objectives, intent and potential courses of action.
• Brief mission and production topics to internal and external government clients, military personnel and contract audiences.

Required profile

• High school education; 10 years of relevant experience, or 6 years with a Bachelor's degree.
• Security clearance: TS/SCI.
• Willingness to meet COCOM pre-deployment requirements and to deploy to austere OCONUS locations for a minimum of 6 months.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Research within applicable databases and experience applying intelligence structured analytic techniques.
• Experience producing intelligence analysis with moderate oversight.
• I2 analytical tools and databases such as BI2R/I2AR, SOFEX, Palantir, AIDP/Maven, Query Tree, Analyst Notebook, BAT, TIDE, Pulse and QLIX.
• Structured analytic techniques such as Analysis of Competing Hypotheses, Devil's Advocacy, High-Impact/Low-Impact Analysis, Red Team Analysis and Alternative Futures Analysis.
• Preferred: U.S. Government military source operations, counterintelligence and source validation experience (MOS 35M, 35L, 0211, 1N7X1, K13A).
