Hydraulic Design Engineer

About the role

You will create and refine product designs that meet functional, safety, and performance standards while collaborating across engineering, manufacturing, and product management.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed product designs, specifications, drawings, and 3D models using CAD tools such as Creo.
• Design and integrate hydraulic components, including hoses and tubes, for large tractors.
• Perform design calculations and simulations to verify performance and safety.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, develop solutions, and plan implementation.
• Lead design reviews, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and optimise designs for production.
• Prepare technical documentation, manuals, and reports to support development and manufacturing.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and design techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product or mechanical design engineering.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., Creo).
• 3D modeling and design calculations.
• Simulation and performance verification.
• Hydraulic component design, including hose and tube systems.
• Root‑cause analysis and technical documentation.
