About the role
Kelly is seeking an Education Recruiter who will work in a hybrid model to design, develop, and implement recruiting strategies for the Milford, CT area. You will act as a Kelly brand ambassador, build relationships with clients, community organizations, and educational centers, and manage full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to meet fulfillment goals.
- Serve as a Kelly brand ambassador by developing relationships with clients, community outreach organizations, and educational centers.
- Handle full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding functions for the assigned area.
- Attend scheduled job fairs and recruiting events.
Required profile
- 2+ years of recruiting, onboarding, or human resources experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer‑service focus.
- Valid United States driver’s license in good standing.
- Ability to travel up to 50% locally for hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and related events.
Required skills
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
What we offer
- Base pay range $51,300‑$68,400 per year, dependent on experience and location.
