HVAC/R Technician

About the role

Use your HVAC/R experience to keep refrigeration, heating, and cooling equipment operating across commercial properties. The position combines planned maintenance with responsive service calls.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and resolve operating problems in commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Repair refrigeration rack systems and perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain and restore walk‑in freezer and cooler systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair ice machines.
• Service packaged rooftop HVAC units, addressing faults and routine maintenance.
• Respond to service requests alongside scheduled maintenance visits.

Required profile

• EPA Section 608 certification at the Universal level.
• At least three years of experience servicing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems or equivalent hands‑on field experience.
• Ability to independently diagnose faults and complete repairs on refrigeration racks, walk‑in systems, ice machines, and packaged rooftop units.
• Current driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
