About the role

Everlight is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to lead system installations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure code compliance. The position is full‑time, onsite in Minneapolis, MN, with relocation assistance available.

Key responsibilities

Lead HVAC system installations and verify compliance with all relevant codes.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems with minimal supervision.
Mentor and supervise a team of 2‑3 apprentice technicians.

Required profile

EPA 608 Certification (required).
5+ years of field experience in HVAC installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
Valid driver’s license and ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 50 lb, climbing ladders, and working at heights of 20 ft or more.
