HVAC Sales Specialist

About the role

As a Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor you will guide homeowners in selecting the right HVAC solutions for their comfort needs. The role combines technical expertise, customer education, and relationship building to ensure a seamless experience from assessment to installation.

Key responsibilities

• Examine existing HVAC systems in residential homes and perform airflow analysis, load calculations, and infrared/static pressure measurements.
• Recommend appropriate equipment and solutions, present options clearly, and help customers make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with the installation team to guarantee a smooth, high‑quality installation process.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in residential HVAC sales.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and background.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends and ability to move equipment in tight spaces.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with customer service software such as ServiceTitan (preferred).
• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, airflow analysis, load calculations, and infrared/static pressure measurements.
