About the role
Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to head residential installations. You will guide a crew, ensure quality work, and mentor apprentices while delivering top‑notch service to our Austin customers.
Required profile
- 2+ years leading residential HVAC installations
- Valid driver’s license with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to coach, train and apprentice team members
- Comfort working in attics and tight spaces
- EPA Certification and TDLR (preferred)
Required skills
- Brazing with nitrogen
- Pulling a vacuum and recovery
- High‑voltage hookups
- Wiring thermostats
- Proficiency with iPad and Service Titan software
