Human Resources Officer – Talent Sourcing & Outreach

About the role

The United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund’s Office of Investment Management is seeking a Human Resources Officer to lead talent sourcing and outreach initiatives. Reporting to the HR Team Lead, you will support the Business Support Section in attracting diverse talent for a $110+ billion investment portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement recruitment branding strategies to attract talent to UNJSPF positions.
• Develop and execute outreach programmes and marketing materials aligned with UN diversity and gender goals.
• Organise outreach events, prepare presentations and multimedia content for targeted audiences.
• Create, manage and analyse social‑media recruitment content in collaboration with HR Team Leads.
• Research emerging talent acquisition trends, technologies and tools to improve recruitment efficiency.
• Advise hiring managers on unbiased job description creation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to enrich the applicant pool.
• Monitor and report on outreach strategy indicators and impact.
• Collect and visualise data to provide insights for planning and decision‑making.
• Support the Staff Development Officer on career and professional development projects.
• Perform other duties as required.
