About the role
As a Human Resources Generalist at Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista, you will be the backbone of daily HR operations, ensuring that our team members experience the same warmth and hospitality we deliver to our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Perform core HR functions including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management.
- Support employee engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, special events, and other activities that foster a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate employment data in HR systems, track transitions, generate reports, and process unemployment claims.
- Ensure adherence to all employment regulations, fair hiring practices, and corporate HR policies.
