Human Resource Manager – Northeast

About the role

As a Human Resource Manager for Louis Vuitton in the Northeast region, you will lead the development and performance of the workforce, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving talent acquisition, change management, organizational design, and talent development while ensuring day‑to‑day HR operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals, including recruiting, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Partner with regional and corporate leaders to provide coaching on performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
• Manage centralized HR initiatives such as employee reviews, headcount tracking, staff cost monitoring, and corporate HR projects.
• Lead change‑management efforts and organizational design initiatives to improve efficiency and adaptability.
• Provide expertise on product category performance (e.g., watches) and relay market insights to the leadership team.
• Support the store’s sales objectives by aligning HR practices with client‑centric and excellence standards.
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay informed on industry trends to inform HR strategies.
