HR Representative

About the role

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an HR Representative to provide strategic counsel and day‑to‑day HR support to leaders across our distribution centers and regional offices. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping to shape a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with all HR policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage employee relations, engagement initiatives, and internal investigations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company HR regulations.
• Conduct audits and support HR policy adherence.
• Train managers on interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, safety, and harassment prevention.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and support to managers and associates.
• Assist with staffing, succession planning, and associate development programs.
• Maintain accurate data in the HRMS system and support performance‑management processes.

Required skills
