HR Representative

About the role

The HR Representative supports employees and managers across the full spectrum of HR services, from hiring and relocation to performance management and employee engagement. Acting as the first point of contact, this role ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to policy development and implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide face‑to‑face support to employees, addressing queries on benefits, compensation, and career development.
• Conduct information sessions on employment policies, benefits, and compensation.
• Serve as the initial contact for employee‑relations issues and advise managers on policy interpretation.
• Assist line management with HR tools such as performance appraisals, succession planning, and career orientation.
• Coordinate internal and external training, recruitment activities, and employee‑engagement initiatives.
• Screen applications, interview candidates, and support team‑building events.
• Maintain compliance with data‑privacy guidelines and relevant legislation.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects to boost HR performance and employee motivation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in employee support, HR generalist, or employee relations.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• SHRM‑CP or PHR designation preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and familiarity with U.S. employment regulations is a plus.
• Adaptable mindset, ability to work under pressure, and authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
