HR Partner – Employee Experience & Engagement

About the role

The HR Partner joins Amazon's People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team to drive a safe, inclusive and innovative workplace. You will work onsite at an Amazon facility, supporting employee experience, engagement and leadership development while building core HR capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute HR standard work with consistent quality, meeting service level agreements and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Provide frontline employee support, respond to inquiries, address concerns and ensure appropriate resolution or escalation.
• Facilitate feedback channels such as roundtables, floor walks and engagement activities, tracking issues and driving improvements.
• Coach frontline leaders on behaviors that impact engagement, retention and performance conversations.
• Support site‑level culture‑building initiatives, coordinating logistics, gathering feedback and monitoring effectiveness.
• Track and summarize HR data (attrition, attendance, hiring trends, employee sentiment) and prepare insights for reviews.
• Promote self‑service tools, identify gaps and recommend enhancements.

• Strong partnership building and customer‑centric mindset.
• Sound judgment, discretion handling sensitive information and ability to influence without authority.
• Data‑driven approach with comfort using HR metrics and reporting.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills for leaders and employees.
