HR Operations & Employee Relations Specialist

About the role

Module X Solutions is seeking an HR Operations & Employee Relations Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle and ensure a fair, compliant, and engaging workplace. The role blends administrative HR functions with conflict resolution to support our growing modular manufacturing business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, off‑boarding, system setups, orientations, and exit interviews.
• Maintain confidential employee files and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Keep employee data accurate in the APS HRIS, generate reports and dashboards, and update organization charts.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience.
• Collaborate with finance and payroll on personnel changes, benefits inquiries, and leave administration (FMLA/LOA).
• Serve as first point of contact for workplace disputes, conduct investigations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in policy development, handbook updates, and performance‑management guidance.

Required skills

• Experience with APS HRIS (or comparable HR information system).
• Ability to build HR reports and dashboards.
