A propos du poste
Join CRB as an HR Generalist, where you will play a pivotal role in balancing employee advocacy with operational excellence. You will serve as a key driver of organizational efficiency by managing comprehensive HR operations, from total rewards and talent management to strategic policy administration.
Missions principales
- Partner in the development, communication, and implementation of corporate HR policies and change management initiatives.
- Design and facilitate training sessions for first-line managers regarding the annual talent management cycle.
- Support the redesign of job descriptions and job architecture in collaboration with HRBPs, ensuring alignment with compensation frameworks and governance processes.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance monitoring, and evaluating termination requests in coordination with HRBPs.
- Handle work visa applications and administrative processing.
- Drive various HR projects to solve employment challenges and optimize internal processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal labor regulations and internal policies.
Profil recherché
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a Human Resources role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to maintain high confidentiality and build credible relationships with leadership.
- Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
