HR Generalist – Manager, Human Resources

About the role

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Manager, Human Resources – HR Generalist to shape and energize our workforce. You will partner with leaders to embed HR strategy across the business and support a vibrant, matrixed organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to integrate HR strategy into daily operations.
• Support talent acquisition partners and managers to align hiring with business goals.
• Lead organizational design, development, and transformation initiatives using change‑management and stakeholder engagement.
• Advise leaders on employee development, performance management, and capability building.
• Manage employee‑relations issues, promote engagement, and ensure transparent communication.
• Facilitate total‑rewards communication, helping associates understand benefits, compensation, and perks.
• Act as backup to the Payroll Specialist to maintain accurate payroll processing when needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on HR generalist experience in a fast‑moving, complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and policies with the ability to apply them in a large global context.
• Proven influencing skills and a track record of shaping culture and driving business outcomes.
• Ability to manage a wide range of HR functions, from talent management to employee relations.
• Exceptional communication skills focused on fostering a collaborative environment.
