HR Generalist Manager – Human Resources

About the role

The Coca-Cola Company seeks a dedicated HR Generalist Manager to shape and energize our workforce. You will partner with leadership to embed HR strategy across the business and support talent acquisition, organizational design, and employee development.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to integrate HR strategy into business operations.
• Support talent acquisition partners and management to align hiring with business goals.
• Execute organizational design, development, and transformation initiatives through change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Advise leaders on employee development and performance management to build capability and drive results.
• Manage employee relations concerns, fostering engagement and transparent communication.
• Facilitate communication and administration of total rewards programs, helping associates understand benefits, compensation, and perks.
• Serve as backup to the Payroll Specialist, ensuring continuity and accuracy of payroll processing when needed.

Required profile

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on HR generalist experience in a fast‑moving, complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and policies, with ability to apply them in a large, global context.
• Proven influential skills with a history of shaping culture and driving business outcomes through people strategy.
• Ability to manage a wide range of HR functions, from talent management to employee relations.
• Exceptional communication skills focused on fostering a collaborative environment.
