HR Generalist

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to support our Payments business. You will be the go‑to partner for employees and managers, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle while upholding compliance and a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for HR policy, procedure and employment questions.
• Manage high‑volume onboarding, offboarding and internal transfers.
• Support HR Business Partners with performance management, talent reviews and compensation cycles.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to coordinate hiring, orientation and probation tracking.
• Assist with routine employee‑relations matters, investigations and documentation.
• Process promotions, salary adjustments and organizational updates in HRIS.
• Maintain accurate HR metrics, reports and compliance documentation.
• Participate in HR projects such as engagement initiatives and workforce planning.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth technology environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
