HR Generalist

About the role

Infinx is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join a fast‑growing, service‑oriented team. You will act as the primary point of contact for employees, overseeing end‑to‑end HR processes and supporting data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, delivering timely and professional support.
• Manage full‑cycle onboarding and offboarding, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.
• Maintain HRIS data, employee records, and HR files with high accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity.
• Support benefits administration and core HR operational processes.
• Utilize HR metrics and reporting to identify trends, inform decisions, and recommend process improvements.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to drive HR initiatives, workflow enhancements, and organizational goals.
• Proactively identify, assess, and resolve employee relations and HR issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, judgment, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and responsiveness.
