About the role

The Human Resources department at Willis Knighton Health is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support employees across its Shreveport facilities. The role involves direct interaction with staff, handling a range of HR functions, and contributing to a positive employee‑relations climate.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee relations issues and serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries.
• Process benefit plan enrollments and administer leave of absence requests, including FMLA.
• Perform data analysis to support HR decision‑making.
• Provide training and public‑speaking support to leadership teams.
• Assist with organization‑sponsored services and activities that enhance employee engagement.
• Demonstrate initiative, planning, multitasking, and effective time management in daily tasks.
