HR Business Partner, Tech & Ops

About the role

The HR Business Partner for Technology & Operations will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, helping shape organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent outcomes across a global tech and ops environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with technology and operations leaders to translate business strategy into talent and workforce plans.
• Provide coaching and challenge on organizational design, leadership capability, and talent development.
• Lead workforce planning, restructuring, and organizational design initiatives.
• Support change management efforts, ensuring alignment, communication, and adoption.
• Identify organizational risks and opportunities related to structure, succession, and culture.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development discussions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar advisory role in a complex, global technology or operations setting.
• Strong business judgment and credibility with senior leaders.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical people solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills to leverage data and insights for decision‑making.
