HR Business Partner – Private Markets

About the role

The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to leaders across Private Markets, driving organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, workforce planning, and talent outcomes that support business success. This role works in a complex, global technology and operations environment, providing guidance on organization design, change management, and risk‑informed people decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted advisor relationships with Private Markets leaders and translate business strategy into talent and workforce plans.
• Provide thoughtful challenge and coaching on organizational, talent, and leadership matters.
• Leverage data and business insights to diagnose issues and inform decision‑making.
• Partner with leaders to design and implement organizational changes, including restructuring and workforce planning.
• Support leaders through periods of change, driving alignment, communication, and adoption.
• Identify organizational risks and opportunities related to structure, capability, succession, and culture.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development discussions.

Required profile

• Strong business judgment and credibility with senior leaders.
• Experience translating business challenges into practical people solutions.
• Background in global HR partnership, transformation, workforce planning, and organization design.
• Ability to collaborate across HR Advisors, Operations, Employee Relations, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Finance, and HR Analytics.
