HR Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business Partner will work closely with leaders in Chipotle’s Restaurant Support Centers to shape people strategies that align with the company’s strategic priorities. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping to create a culture that reflects Chipotle’s purpose and values.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with RSC leadership to develop and execute people strategies based on talent insights, culture programs, analytics, and employee feedback.
• Provide coaching and guidance across the talent lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance, engagement, and talent management.
• Serve as a change agent, leading teams through organizational change initiatives.
• Drive HR programs such as succession planning, talent calibrations, and compensation cycles, and relay feedback to Centers of Excellence.
• Identify and address employee concerns promptly, applying Chipotle policies, employment law, and best practices.
• Conduct employee‑relations investigations and recommend actions in partnership with legal and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to design solutions that meet client‑group needs while upholding company values.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
• Experience supporting corporate functions is preferred.
• Professional Human Resources (PHR) and/or SHRM‑CP certification preferred.
• General knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
