HR AI/ML Engineer II

About the role

Airbus is seeking an HR AI/ML Engineer II to join its HR Digital team supporting the North America region. In this role you will drive the creation and deployment of intelligent AI solutions that transform HR data management and automate key processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and machine‑learning models to address complex HR challenges.
• Build, train, and maintain AI models that improve talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee experience.
• Support data‑engineering initiatives to ensure HR data is clean, accessible, and reliable.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional HR and technology teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.

Required profile

• Strong background in AI/ML engineering with proven experience delivering production‑grade models.
• Experience working with HR data and understanding of HR processes.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
