Housing Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Housing Analyst to help a global travel and hospitality platform understand housing markets and their impact on business and communities. You will analyze supply, rental trends, and regulations, turning insights into actionable recommendations for policy, partnership, and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze housing market data, including rental trends, supply, and affordability across key markets.
• Track and summarize local housing regulations and policy developments.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that monitor market conditions.
• Produce clear written briefs and presentations for cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Partner with policy, partnerships, and business teams to answer high‑priority questions.
• Identify data gaps and improve housing data sourcing and maintenance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in housing, real estate, urban economics, or public policy analysis.
• Strong skills in SQL and spreadsheet analysis.
• Experience turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
