Housekeeper – The Yard at Ivanhoe

About the role

The Housekeeper will maintain the cleanliness and presentation of vacant apartment homes, the leasing office, clubhouse, and other community amenities at The Yard at Ivanhoe. This role supports Greystar’s goal of keeping the property market‑ready and appealing to prospective residents.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to ensure they remain market‑ready.
• Assist the make‑ready process by performing additional tasks requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager, or Assistant Manager.
• Report any hazards or potentially dangerous situations to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when re‑ordering is needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces.
• Capability to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance).
• Flexibility to work a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to take on‑call duties.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to assist other properties or attend training.
