Housekeeper – Riverwalk

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Housekeeper for its Riverwalk community in Oregon. The role focuses on maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of common areas, vacant apartments, and office spaces to ensure a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, hallways, model units, amenities and vacant apartments on a daily basis or as directed.
• Refresh show units throughout the day to keep them market‑ready.
• Assist the make‑ready process by performing tasks requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when re‑ordering is needed.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders and lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance).
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other properties for training or support.
