Housekeeper / Public Area Attendant

About the role

The Housekeeper / Public Area Attendant maintains a clean, orderly, and inviting environment within the Atlantic Fields residential community, ensuring clubhouse, public areas, amenities, and private homes meet high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular cleaning of the clubhouse, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and window cleaning.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, stock supplies, and manage trash removal.
• Maintain public areas such as hallways, lobby, and common spaces in a presentable condition.
• Launder pool, spa, salon, and fitness linens and terry.
• Report maintenance or repair issues and respond to special cleaning requests.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of housekeeping experience, preferably in a high‑end residential or hospitality setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 50 lb for extended periods.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning.
