Housekeeper (Lease Up) – Waterline

About the role

Greystar is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper (Lease Up) to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of vacant apartment homes, leasing office, and community amenities at the Waterline property in Pearland. This role supports the leasing team by ensuring units are market‑ready and the property presents a welcoming environment for prospective residents.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to keep them market‑ready.
• Assist the make‑ready process by performing additional tasks requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager, or Assistant Manager.
• Report any hazards or potentially dangerous situations to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when re‑ordering is needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, reaching, carrying objects, and crawling in confined spaces.
• Capability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb independently and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional on‑call duties.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to assist other properties or attend training.

Required skills

• Hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $18.00.
