About the role
The Damascus House Ministry seeks a live‑in House Manager to serve as a spiritual leader and daily shepherd for women residing in the program. This role provides immediate accountability to the house’s rules, schedule, rhythms, and Biblical standards while modeling faithful Christian living.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain structure, order, and spiritual focus within the home.
- Ensure schedules are followed and responsibilities are upheld.
- Address conflicts or concerns with wisdom, truth, and grace.
- Live alongside the women, providing consistent mentorship and support.
Required profile
- Demonstrates faithful Christian living through word, conduct, love, humility, and integrity.
- Able to lead by example and provide spiritual guidance.
- Committed to the mission and values of Damascus House.
