House Director – Operations Lead

About the role

The House Director (Director of Operations) will lead the ongoing operations and cultural evolution of NeueHouse Madison Square. Reporting to Convene Hospitality Group leadership, you will own commercial performance, P&L, member and guest experience, creative programming, and physical asset management for this iconic creative space.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive direction to multidisciplinary teams including Membership & Event Sales, Membership Experience, Food & Beverage, AV Production, and Facilities.
• Ensure every activation is executed with precision and hospitality that reflects the NeueHouse brand.
• Drive integrated business performance and operational excellence through high‑impact cross‑functional initiatives.
• Manage P&L accountability, commercial strategy, and asset stewardship.
• Lead creative programming and cultivate a trend‑setting environment for creators, entrepreneurs, and innovators.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in hospitality, venue, or experience‑focused operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated P&L responsibility.
• Ability to inspire and manage large, multidisciplinary teams.
• Passion for cultural innovation and community building.
