Hotel Security Officer

About the role

Join a dedicated team that safeguards guests, staff, and property at a leading hotel portfolio. As a Hotel Security Officer you will work the night shift, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol hotel premises during the 10 pm‑5 am shift to maintain safety.
• Monitor surveillance cameras, investigate suspicious activity, and conduct regular security checks.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns, incidents, and emergency situations.
• Collaborate with front‑desk and management to enforce hotel policies and local safety regulations.
• Assist with emergency response procedures and coordinate with local authorities when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in security or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Physical stamina for patrolling, standing for long periods, and rapid emergency response.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
