Hotel Greeter – Member Experience Host

About the role

The Hotel Greeter ensures the safety and wellbeing of members, guests, and staff while delivering the signature Soho House experience. You will monitor activity across the premises, stay informed on local regulations, and support a high‑volume members club, hotel, spa, gym, beach/pool, and food‑and‑beverage operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and direct members and guests with a warm, hospitable approach.
• Build relationships, relay red‑flag information and positive feedback to management.
• Address guest concerns, set action items, and notify managers as needed.
• Maintain a fun, positive atmosphere while upholding professional standards.
• Report irregularities, enforce policies, and prevent trespassing or loss.
• Ensure events and house experiences are safe, secure, and compliant with local standards.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment.
• Control foot traffic flow throughout the club.

Required profile

• Dependable, proactive, punctual, and consistently professional.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Physical ability to stand 8+ hours, move quickly, lift up to 40 lb, and kneel or crouch as needed.
