About the role

We are seeking a positive and professional Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel. In this role you will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage guest information, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and conduct check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Assign rooms, issue keys, and handle any special requests.
• Maintain accurate guest records in the property management system.
• Answer general inquiries about hotel services, local attractions, and policies.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously.

Required skills
