About the role

Anthology Events is looking for an upbeat, polished Server to join its vibrant rooftop venue in Detroit. You will guide guests through food and beverage offerings, deliver attentive service, and help create memorable moments in a fast‑paced, design‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, engaging, and attentive service to all guests.
• Guide guests through menu items, cocktails, wine, beer, and seasonal specials with confidence.
• Maintain a clean, organized section and uphold sanitation standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues professionally.
• Contribute to the upbeat, social atmosphere of the rooftop space.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during high‑energy periods.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of serving experience in a high‑volume or upscale bar/restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage fundamentals.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a guest‑focused mindset.
• Positive attitude and collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
