Hospitality General Manager

About the role

The Hospitality General Manager leads daily operations, customer experience strategy, and business performance for Centurion New York. This senior leader drives premium hospitality, lifestyle, and dining experiences while managing a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the operations budget and P&L.
• Maintain relationships with key partners and suppliers.
• Execute and track performance metrics for the operator.
• Address guest feedback and concerns promptly.
• Implement and oversee the servicing strategy.
• Ensure global compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain training plans for the servicing team and suppliers.
• Coach the team to deliver a high‑touch, premium guest experience.
• Provide 365‑day servicing coverage, including hands‑on support when needed.
• Collaborate with the operator to create premium experiences for all visitors.
• Participate actively in in‑house events and programming.
• Identify operational improvements and develop creative solutions to grow the business.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years in food & beverage management, hotel management, or luxury lifestyle/events.
• Strong premium customer service background.
• Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams.
• Passion for service and ability to resolve customer issues.
• Capability to implement policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conflict‑resolution and business‑results orientation.
• Strong analytical, creative problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
