Hospitality Aide – Resident Support & Facility Care

About the role

We are looking for a dependable Hospitality Aide to join our care facility team. In this full‑time position you will help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents while supporting non‑clinical nursing services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with non‑clinical tasks such as bed‑making, delivering water/ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals in accordance with dietary guidelines.
• Encourage resident participation in activities and social programs.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Provide laundry assistance as needed.
• Follow safety, compliance, and patient rights policies.
• Observe and promptly report any safety concerns or conditions requiring attention.
• Perform additional non‑clinical duties to support daily operations.

• Ability to accurately document information and follow care procedures.
