About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking full‑time or part‑time Physical Therapists to deliver skilled rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes across Framingham, Natick, Ashland and surrounding towns. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes to assess mobility, range of motion, strength, balance and safety.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, including gait analysis and transfer assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance interventions.
• Continuously reassess and revise therapy plans in collaboration with nursing staff.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative activities to promote independence.
• Document all observations, interventions and evaluations using a tablet.

Required profile

• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license.
